Membership of Tyseley WMC

Membership of Tyseley Working Mens Club entitles the holder to take part in a wide variety of activities and enjoy the pleasant surroundings of the club. There are a number of sports sections for members to be involved in, which compete in local leagues and internal tournaments. Free live entertainment is provided in the lounge every Saturday. Members may sign in up to two guests on any given night, except for those which are designated 'members only'. There is a small charge for entry of members' guests.

Additional entertainment is provided on Sundays, for which there is a £1.40 charge (70p OAPs & Children over 7) and special occasions. Entry to bingo on Wednesdays costs just 40p.

New Members
Members may introduce friends and propose them for membership. Prospective members should complete an application form and submit it with the 1st year fee for full or OAP membership as required (£5.00 more than the renewal fee for a door key fob).

Once the application is accepted, applicants will be notified.

Membership fees
Membership fees are renewable by the end of January each year and will be £10.00 for full members from January 2007, or £5.00 for OAP  members. All new members will also need to provide a passport style photo.

Current Lady members became full members in January 2008 and enjoy the same rights as male members. Tyseley WMC Club members may also obtain a CIU badge (£3.00) and yearly CIU pass card (3.00), in order to visit other clubs in the Clubs & Institute Union. Ladies membership is the same as for male members.

Members are issued with a photo-card and door entry key fob on payment of their subscriptions. Please contact the club for more information about membership. Non-renewal of subscriptions will result in the member being refused entry to the club.
